Exotic Animal, Avian, and Pocket Pet Care: Although we do not employ an exotic animal specialist, Dr. Shields and his associates use all available resources to care for these pets. Our doctors offer basic care for birds, ferrets, lizards, rabbits, snakes, gerbils and many other non-traditional pets. For cases requiring a more detailed diagnostic work-up, we offer referral to many exotic animal specialists in our area.
Livestock Care: Our veterinarians no longer make farm calls. However, if you can trailer your livestock in, we would be happy to see them. Please call 814-849-2211 for more information or to schedule an appointment.
